Our Policies

Appointment Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, we kindly request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. This allows us to accommodate other patients.

Please note that if appointments are cancelled within 24 hours, or if you do not attend an appointment, care may be suspended pending discussion with relevant Clinical Lead/Clinic Operations Manager/Clinician.

Accessing Your Personal Data

Under data protection legislation an individual has the right (subject to certain exemptions) to access the information that an organisation holds about them. Zero Tolerance

We are dedicated to fostering a safe and inclusive workplace for our staff and students. Our zero-tolerance policy means that any form of violence, abuse, or harassment is strictly prohibited.
