Start your recovery journey with an initial appointment with one of our rehabilitation specialists, who will guide you through a personalised induction. Once set up, you’ll be able to attend open gym sessions independently while still having support from a rehabilitation supervisor whenever needed. With small group sizes and a welcoming environment, our open gym sessions are designed to help you train confidently and effectively.
