Veterans Support Programme

Eligibility:

1. The veterans discount is available to all individuals who can provide valid proof of military service (e.g., military ID, discharge papers).
2. The discount applies only to veterans themselves and is not transferable to family members or friends.

Scope of Services:

1. The 20% discount is applicable only to the following student clinics:
   • Student Chiropractic
   • Student Podiatry
2. The discount does not apply to other services offered by Health Sciences University,

Redemption Process:

1. To redeem the 20% discount, veterans must:
   • Book an appointment at the student clinics.
   • Present valid military ID or proof of service at the time of payment.
2. The discount will be applied at the time of payment after verification of eligibility.

Usage Limitations:

1. The discount is applicable per visit and can be used multiple times, provided valid proof of service is presented each time.
2. The discount cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or offers.

Validity Period:

1. The offer is ongoing and does not have a specific end date, but Health Sciences University reserves the right to modify or terminate the offer at any time without prior notice.

Free Triage Phone Consultations:

1. Veterans are entitled to free triage phone consultations led by senior clinicians.
2. The free consultation is intended to provide initial advice and direction for further treatment.
3. Booking for triage consultations can be made by complete our simple online form.

General Conditions:

1. Health Sciences University reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.
2. Misuse of the offer or false representation of eligibility may result in the withdrawal of the discount and refusal of service.
3. Health Sciences University is not responsible for any changes in the veterans’ eligibility status.
4. By availing of the discount, veterans agree to comply with these terms and conditions and any other applicable clinic policies.
