Put together by experienced clinicians, this structured class is designed to rebuild strength, improve mobility, and restore confidence in movement. Whether your back pain is recent or long-standing, we provide a supportive environment where you can learn how to move without fear.

Overcoming the Fear of Movement

Many people with back pain become anxious about moving in case they make things worse. But avoiding movement can actually prolong discomfort and stiffness. Our approach focuses on gradually reintroducing movement in a safe and controlled way.

“In my experience running back pain classes, I’ve had people turn up petrified to begin with, and after a few weeks, they’re asking for more exercises!” says Tish, our Sports Therapist. “It’s all about breaking down the fear of movement, shifting away from the mindset of ‘this isn’t for me,’ and gradually easing back into daily function and activity”
