Can I bring a relative/ friend?
You may be accompanied by a friend, family member or carer. Please let us know ahead of time so we can make the necessary steps. If reception is busy, we may have to ask your companion to wait in the car or in the college refectory where refreshments can be purchased, if they are not accompanying you in your appointment.
Do you have wheelchair access?
Yes, we are fully wheelchair accessible in the Chiropractic clinic. If you have any special requirements, you can always let us know before you arrive. We will do our utmost to support your requests.
How long will my first appointment be?
Please allow 60 minutes for your first appointment. This gives us enough time to fully understand your health history, assess your condition, and determine the most appropriate approach to your care. In most cases, treatment begins during this session—but occasionally, if it’s clinically appropriate, we may take additional time to review your case before proceeding. This ensures you receive safe, well-considered care tailored to your individual needs.
Do you accept cash payments?
We are an entirely cash free campus. Our Clinical and Rehabilitation Services do not accept cash payments.
