Meet Ella

Ella completed her degree in Sport and Exercise Therapy over three years, including professional placements. She joined HSU in July 2023 as a Rehabilitation Supervisor before progressing into her current role as Sports Rehabilitator in 2025. Alongside her work at HSU, she also works within the NHS as a Therapy Practitioner Exercise Lead.

Ella supports people with a wide range of musculoskeletal injuries and rehabilitation needs, including those recovering from injury or surgery, individuals returning to sport, and older adults experiencing reduced muscle mass, weakness, or frailty. Her clinical interests include injury assessment and management, return-to-sport rehabilitation, and supporting sarcopenic populations to improve strength, functional independence, and long-term physical health.

Patients seeing Ella can expect a friendly yet highly professional approach, with structured rehabilitation programmes tailored to individual goals and abilities. Plans are regularly reviewed and progressed to reflect improvement, ensuring steady and meaningful recovery.
