How it works

  • Initial 1-2-1: Start with an initial 1-2-1 session with our Exercise Supervisor to understand your current fitness level and set your goals. This session will also consider your lifestyle and routine to create a plan that fits seamlessly into your daily life.
  • Personalised Plan: Receive a tailored exercise plan that incorporates a variety of activities suited to your goals. Your plan may include exercises you can do at home, outside, as well as optional classes and access to our facilities for added variety and support.
  • State-of-the-Art Facilities: Work out with confidence in our £4.5M rehabilitation facility, using the latest technology and equipment. Our inclusive atmosphere ensures that everyone feels welcome, with exercise supervisors on hand to provide guidance.
  • Optional Progress Tracking: body composition tests can be used to monitor key health markers like BMI, body fat percentage, and muscle mass, helping you see your improvements clearly.
  • Ongoing Support: Check in with us again at any time to adjust your plan as needed and enjoy continuous guidance and support from our experts.

Your Personal Exercise Plan

“Get Active” is designed to support individuals of all ages and abilities in achieving their health and fitness goals. Your personal exercise plan will be built around your goals while considering your lifestyle and routine, ensuring you can take simple, achievable steps to improve your health and well-being.

Due to plans being bespoke, costs vary from person to person. However, we aim to keep our services as affordable as possible to make healthy living accessible to as many that we can.

Pricing

Initial 1-2-1: £25 (1hr)

Your plan may include exercises that you can do at home, outside, or in our state-of-the-art Integrated Rehabilitation Centre where you will have exclusive access to our specialist facilities and equipment.

Complete an initial 1-2-1 and incorporate a range of options that work for you:

Open Gym: £5 (1hr)

We offer a fantastic array of equipment at our Integrated Rehabilitation Centre, fostering an inclusive and supportive environment to ensure our patients feel comfortable and at ease while exercising.

We understand traditional gym settings can feel intimidating, our dedicated gym sessions are exclusively for our patients, providing protected time and a safe space to work on personalised exercise plans.

At just £5 per hour, we strive to make these sessions as affordable as possible. Entry is permitted only with approved exercise plans, and our exercise supervisors are always available to offer support and guidance, ensuring you get the most out of your session.

Classes & Group Exercise: £7 (1hr)

We offer a range of exercise classes and group exercise sessions, from everyday fitness sessions to more bespoke classes for specific needs like hip and knee OA or balance and falls prevention. Our classes, designed by our highly experienced professionals, are kept to small groups so that everyone feels included and receives bespoke support from the class supervisors when needed.

 

Equipment Hire

You may wish to utilise some of the specialist equipment we have, such as the AlterG Anti-Gravity Treadmill, a special treadmill designed to help people get back to walking or running by reducing body weight during use.

You can book a check-in with the supervisor again at any time to adjust your plan as needed and enjoy continuous guidance and support from our team.

Get Active+ Package: £55

Take advantage of our Get Active+ Package, perfect if you’re interested in tracking your health data. Included:

  • Regular Get Active 1-2-1 session
  • Two body composition tests (simple assessments that measure the percentages of fat, muscle, water, and bone in your body to give you a detailed picture of your physical health.)
  • The first will be used to gain insight into your health and inform your exercise plan
  • The second will take place 4-6 weeks into your plan and allow us to measure your progress so far

Seeing progress visually can be challenging, especially if improvements are subtle. These simple checks will provide you with key data and insights into your health, helping you see results and stay motivated.

The body composition tests can be used to monitor key health markers like BMI, body fat percentage, and muscle mass, helping you see your improvements clearly and giving extra motivation to reach your goals.
