Manage Hip and Knee Pain with our Lower Limb Osteoarthritis Class

If you’re over 45 and experiencing chronic hip or knee pain lasting longer than three months, our class could be perfect for you.

Key Features:

  • Tailored Exercises: Circuit-based exercises designed for individuals with hip and knee pain, or lower limb osteoarthritis, with varying difficulty levels to suit your ability.
  • Flexible Attendance: Classes held twice a week, allowing you to attend as needed, based on your schedule and availability.
  • Tailored Guidance: Receive support from our supervisors to maximise the benefits of each session and ensure progress at your pace.

Class Schedule:

  • Tuesday: 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM
  • Thursday: 3:00 PM – 4:00 PM
