Back Pain Rehabilitation Class

Designed for anyone experiencing back pain, this class helps you manage your symptoms and get back to doing the things you love. With exercises tailored to your needs, it focuses on improving movement, building strength, and supporting your recovery in a welcoming group setting.

What to Expect From the Class

This is a circuit-based exercise class tailored to your individual needs. With varying levels of difficulty, it allows you to work at your own level and pace under the guidance of our experienced instructors, progressing at a rate you feel comfortable with. Ideal for individuals looking to manage chronic or recurrent back pain you’ll work through a variety of circuits aimed at improving strength, stability, and mobility, under the supervision of experienced instructors.

  • Duration: 1 hour (45 minutes of exercise, plus set-up and explanation).
  • Structure: Graded, circuit-based class tailored to participants’ needs. Exercises may include:
    • Squats, sit-to-stands, leg presses, and a variety of weights.
    • Activities mimicking daily movements like lifting, balancing, and walking with weights.

Suitability:

  • For anyone with back pain who is ready to begin an exercise programme under professional guidance.
  • Participants must be mobile enough to navigate a circuit safely
  • Screening is required to ensure fitness for the program

Back Pain Rehabilitation Class Details

Classes take place at our Integrated Rehabilitation Centre. Each class is one hour and covers a range of exercises designed to manage pain, provide exercises to improve symptoms and overall health and well-being.

Class Schedule:

  • Tuesday: 2:00 PM – 3:00 PM
  • Wednesday: 10:00 AM – 11:00 PM

Pricing:

  • £7 per session
  • Buy 5 sessions, get your 6th class free!
