Two New Exercise Classes Starting This January
Health Sciences University Clinical & Rehabilitation Services is excited to announce the launch of two brand-new exercise classes, starting from 7th January 2024. Designed to provide tailored fitness options for individuals of all abilities, the Seated Exercise Class and Back Pain Rehabilitation Class will help participants achieve their fitness and rehabilitation goals in a supportive, inclusive environment.
Bookings are open now, allowing participants to secure their spot early and be among the first to try these exciting new classes.
These new additions build on our commitment to providing inclusive, accessible health and fitness solutions, ensuring everyone has the opportunity to enhance their well-being in a supportive environment.
Seated Exercise Class
This class is designed for individuals with limited mobility or those who prefer seated exercise, including wheelchair users. Participants will enjoy a range of seated exercises aimed at improving strength, flexibility, and overall health.
Led by our highly skilled rehabilitation team supervisors, the class is perfect for those seeking a gentle introduction to fitness or an alternative to traditional exercise classes.

Back Pain Rehabilitation Class
Designed for anyone experiencing back pain, this class helps you manage your symptoms and get back to doing the things you love. With exercises tailored to your needs, it focuses on improving movement, building strength, and supporting your recovery in a welcoming group setting.
